Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all individuals who enter, access, or use The Turn Golf Lounge LLC facility, equipment, services, or communicate with us electronically (including phone, SMS, or online platforms). By entering the facility, using our services, or contacting us, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Facility Terms

1.1 Eligibility and Conduct

  • • All guests and participants must follow posted rules, staff instructions, and safety requirements.
  • • Unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behavior is prohibited.
  • • The Turn Golf Lounge LLC may refuse service or remove individuals for policy violations or unsafe conduct.

1.2 Hours of Operation

  • • Monday-Thursday: 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM
  • • Friday: 11:00 AM - 12:00 AM
  • • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 12:00 AM
  • • Sunday: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM
  • • Off-hours are any times outside posted open hours.
  • • Hours and access policies may change at ownership discretion.

1.3 Reservations and Capacity

  • • Simulator bays must be reserved through the designated booking system when required.
  • • Reservation limits, cancellation windows, and applicable fees may be enforced per booking policy.
  • • Maximum of six (6) golfers are permitted per bay.
  • • Maximum of eight (8) total visitors are permitted per bay.

1.4 Guest Responsibility

  • • The booking party or supervising adult is responsible for guest behavior and compliance with facility rules.
  • • Guests may be required to sign a waiver before participation.
  • • Children must be supervised at all times while in the facility.

1.5 Property Damage

  • • Individuals may be held financially responsible for damage caused by negligence, reckless behavior, or misuse of equipment.
  • • Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the responsible party.

1.6 Video Surveillance

  • • Video surveillance is used for safety, security, and policy enforcement.
  • • Cameras may operate in simulator bays, entrances, and common areas during open and off-hours.
  • • Footage may be used for incident review, policy enforcement, occupancy verification, and property damage investigation.
  • • By entering the facility, you acknowledge and consent to video recording.

2. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

2.1 Acknowledgment of Risk

Participation in golf simulator activities includes inherent risks, including being struck by clubs or balls, rebounding or ricocheting balls, slips, trips, falls, or equipment malfunction. Serious injury, permanent disability, or death may occur.

2.2 Voluntary Participation

Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with activities at The Turn Golf Lounge LLC.

2.3 Player Interaction Risks

Injuries may also occur due to actions of other participants or guests, including backswings, hit balls, and ricochets. These are inherent risks of golf and simulator play. The Turn Golf Lounge LLC is not responsible for the actions of other participants or guests.

2.4 Release of Liability

Participants release and hold harmless The Turn Golf Lounge LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from claims or damages arising from participation or facility use.

3. Golf Bay Safety Rules

3.1 Hitting Line: Only the active player may stand in front of the hitting line. Others must remain behind it. Entering while someone is swinging or preparing to swing is prohibited.

3.2 Swing Safety: Only one golfer may swing at a time. Participants must remain aware of nearby golfers preparing to swing.

3.3 Equipment Use: Use equipment properly, avoid damage to screens and equipment, and hit balls only from designated areas.

3.4 Children: Children must be supervised at all times and may not enter the swing area while someone is hitting.

3.5 Unsafe Conduct: Reckless swinging, running inside, entering other bays, and interfering with players are prohibited. The Turn Golf Lounge LLC may remove individuals for unsafe conduct.

4. Off-Hours Access Agreement

4.1 Access System

  • • Temporary access PIN codes are generated by the booking system.
  • • Access codes are valid only during the reserved booking time.
  • • Access codes may not be shared.
  • • Misuse of access credentials may result in loss of access privileges.

4.2 Alcohol Policy

  • • Alcohol is not served during off-hours access.
  • • Alcohol consumption inside the facility during off-hours is prohibited.

4.3 Facility Responsibility During Off-Hours

  • • Ensure entry door fully closes immediately after entering.
  • • Do not allow unauthorized individuals to enter.
  • • Ensure entry door fully closes when leaving.
  • • Leave the facility clean and orderly.
  • • Report damage, equipment malfunction, or safety concerns.
  • • Doors may not be propped open.

5. Privacy Policy

The Turn Golf Lounge LLC may collect personal information, including:

  • • Name
  • • Email address
  • • Phone number
  • • Payment information
  • • Reservation history

This information is used for booking operations, business administration, and communication. The Turn Golf Lounge LLC does not sell personal information to third parties.

5.1 SMS Communications & Marketing Consent

By providing your phone number to The Turn Golf Lounge LLC, you consent to receive SMS/text messages related to your membership, reservations, account notifications, and facility updates.

You may also receive occasional marketing or promotional messages, including special offers, events, and updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly.

The Turn Golf Lounge LLC does not sell, rent, or share your phone number or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Agreement Updates

The Turn Golf Lounge LLC may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the facility constitutes acceptance of the current version.
